Following the edit story, this was removed originally in 13 may by Underwolf Yamcha with "While I'm not a fan of GT, this hasn't been confirmed." as edit reason, this was put again in 16 may by totoofze47 with no edit reason, removed again by sayajedi in 27 may with "Nobody's said anything about the series' status, and guidebooks released after the movie still portray it as occurring 5 years after Z. This obsession with "canon"/"non-canon" is maddening. " as edit reason, put again by Unityd3v in 19 nov, without edit reason, removed again in 21 dec by sayajedi with "There is no such movie as "battle of the gods". Perhaps you're looking for Dragon Ball Z Battle Of Gods ? " as edit reason, put again by wrm5 in 23 dec with "Sorry, but GT is Canon Discontinuity." as edit reason and removed by sayajedi in 25 dec with "Akira Toriyama did not say that; the publicity director called it "part of the official history" but it does not entirely rule out GT" as edit reason.

Not familiar enough with the subject to make a judgment. I'll ask people to put the example up in the discussion tab.

Likewise, we really need to look for a citing on this already. This isn't the first time I've heard arguments about it.

FYI The who;e reason GT is even in that page is because of a game that both has Toriyama's approval and no reference to GT at all
