No. Again, these kinds of tropes belong to the adaptation, not to the original work. It can be mentioned in the description, though.

I'll assume that also applies to any other kind of adaptation, like a Collectible Card Game made from a movie. (I would have asked in my first post but I hadn't noticed the entry.) Will fix. Thank you.

Correct. In general, adaptation tropes (like The Film of the Book or Licensed Game) don't go in an work's example list, because they don't contain any useful context and are thus inherently ZCEs. They go in the description instead.
