About time I jumped back here. Well let's just take a quick gander at the WCW examples.

With David Arquette and Vince Russo as champion, this was also at the time as the truly so bad it's horrible Oklahoma angle and showed once and for all They Just Didn't Care, this (more so than the Finger Poke of Doom and the show surrounding it) was almost like WCW thought of every way possible to ruin the product to make it unmarketable and followed it to the letter.

For a laugh let's look at the night that killed WCW. Miss Elizabeth had Goldberg arrested for aggravated stalking. Okay, the WWF at the time were gearing up a similar angle. Then the main event is scrapped for another one. Must be Monday. Then we get Schivonie's comments. Oops, YMMV but some would say that was the worst part. Then we have the Hogan/Nash, ahem...match. Couldn't they have found a better way? And why Hogan and the NWO AGAIN? In short it's not as bad as some claim but it still qualifies.

Lest you think I'm just dumping on WCW, WWE had Wrestle Mania IX with the Undertaker/Gonzalez match as well as Yokuzuna/Hart...or was it Yokozuna/Hogan? That one in particular was horrible, Hogan got everything he deserved there. Not as bad as Katie Vick, WWE was Jumping the Shark there and watching it live I have to agree with one of the cut comments where if Coach's look of disgust was acting then I'm The Undertaker, that had to be real. Just as bad was the Eddiesploitation, that was in poor taste. Looking at gimmicks I lean towards Beaver Cleavage and what they did to Ultimo Dragon as qualifying.

Point is out of the examples these would be my picks as honestly the worst. The rest could do with a review and possible removal.

I want to destroy the entire SBIH section for Pro Wrestling, but I suppose that if we allow Horrible entries at all, we have to allow wrestling fans to have theirs too.

The items in this section count as individual works?

How so Fighteer? If they are legitimate examples which we are discussing how are they any less worthy than examples of other works with a devoted fanbase?

Because the pro wrestling fans who write Horrible entries are some of the whiniest, most entitled, most pathetic specimens of humanity I've ever laid eyes on. But that's just my personal opinion, not my official word as a moderator.

Which is why I would be happy to go over the examples in dispute and say, yes the mocking of Ross counts and no anything Cena does not count. As someone who is not nearly as fanatical a fan as those into Twilght or Spongebob or shipping Final Fantasy I think I can be objective, hence not putting up Lita's retirement.

Yeah, the Jim Ross mockery definitely works. But I think, regarding the Fingerpoke Of Doom, perhaps the whole angle/situation encasing the incident is what should be put on this page rather than just the incident itself (which is a Wall Banger). IMO the incident shouldn't be the highlight of the entry, but maybe the "final straw" in the midst of all the other disasters at the time.

Just added the entire January 4, 1999 Nitro show. This entry may need some corrections, though.

We were told not to put that example up and gone into detail on the Dethroning and Wallbanger pages.

Right. If it's on the Dethroning moment, then it really shouldn't be on SBIH. LOL.

I think the problem with having a Pro Wrestling section on a page like SBIH is how monolithic the wrestling industry still is. It's easy to find examples of video games that received unanimously negative reviews and sold about 10,000 copies total. But in an industry like Pro Wrestling where it's pretty much just the "big boys" (WWE, TNA, WCW, and to a lesser extent ECW), it's a lot harder to find examples that really qualify as being SBIH.

I removed several non-examples from the WWE and WCW pages. I'm sure there are more, but I'll leave it to somebody else to spot and remove them.
