Maybe it's just me, but this guy strikes me as just a noob who doesn't necessarily mean any harm. That said, it's probably best to err on the side of caution so Mad's decision was certainly appropriate.

Greener223 is Nattering, having Conversation In The Main Page, adding entries to main pages that seem to be intended just to mock characters, and was using bad spelling and grammar. I'm not sure what to do about him and I don't know enough about the subjects in question to know if it's as bad as it looks like.
