No, that's just "My opinion is different than yours".

Two separate answers:

Dethroning Moments are one per work per troper. Since that "moment" was actually two, at least one had to be pulled.

However, if one troper disagrees on what another moment's of suck is, they can not remove it just because they think when James got a bridge dropped on him was a greater moment of suck then when Alice broke up with Bob.

Edit: Ninja'd! :p

"My opinion is different than yours" isn't grounds for removing any YMMV example. YMMV examples are not to be removed under any circumstances except for factual errors or trope misuse. And you could probably make a case for removing examples that are written so badly as to be unfixable by anyone except whoever originally wrote it. But in any case, "I disagree with the reasoning for putting this example here" is never a reason to remove a YMMV example.

tl;dr: You might disagree with YMMV examples. That's why they're called YMMV.

EDIT: Oh, to expand on the last comment: The reason a DMoS is one-per-troper is because by its nature, there can only be one (per person). Logically, a DMoS dethrones a show. Subsequently, the show has been dethroned. It can't be dethroned twice.
