Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
I'll admit I've only been watching the page for the past couple days, but I think we've managed to weed out the really crazy edit-warrers (I think "edit-warriors" would be the appropriate term, but that sounds too cool for them). I don't care too much, but I vote to keep it open.
Writing a post-post apocalypse LitRPG on RR. Also fanfic stuff.Opposing the motion, as it a) would lead to complaints (given that it is a high traffic page), b) that since the installment of the spoiler ban, it's been mostly fine (and the amount of trouble made by the page is not outstandingly large) and c) the supporting argument is kind of weak.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThis happens with certain movies. Avatar was pretty much a constant edit war for a few months after release, then it settled down. Until the DVD came out, when there was another six weeks or so of tussle before it settled down again.
