There's an 80's dance night I go to fairly often where they project various eighties music videos onto a screen at the front of the dance floor; they're not actually synched up with the songs that are being played, they're just there for visual effect * - this is one of those videos. The band (or the people miming anyway) are two black men and a thin white man with bleach blond hair. A lot of the video has the white man standing between the two black men and miming playing one long keyboard together, except you never see the keyboard (at one point near the end this footage is super-imposed onto a graphic of the keys, looking as though you were inside of a keyboard where the white keys are transparent, as these three men played it). At one point, the bleached blonde takes a bubble bath in his clothes, which include a cowboy hat. Also, there was a Follow the Bouncing Ball segment - I would have tried to get some lyrics to remember and google out of that, but the actual words were frustratingly just too near the bottom of the screen to be very readable.
