Two videos came to mind when I read that: "The Safety Dance" by Men Without Hats (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nM4okRvCg2g)
and "Little Miss Can't Be Wrong" by Spin Doctors (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cXWbMu4PtpE)
.
Kind of reminds me of Holi
. There are some music videos mentioned as references at the end.
The song "Optimist" by Zoe Keating had a music video/short film made by Brian Thomson (http://vimeo.com/22641476)
that showed people celebrating Holi at the Sri Sri Radha Krishna Temple in Spanish Fork, Utah. The film was later featured as the closing segment of the episode "Color" of adult_swim's Off The Air (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AqS5SeJOrwU&t=8m49s)
, but their segment played the song "Serve the People" by Handsome Furs over the film instead.
It's probably not it, but all I can think of is "Today"
by Smashing Pumpkins - paint, white clothes, and a field (albeit one of dead grass) are involved, but the band get covered in paint in the process of painting over an ice cream truck, and only Billy Corgan is in all white, as he's dressed like an ice cream man.

I was watching a Kisschasy video and I was reminded of a music video where a bunch of people were in a field, all wearing white, dancing and jumping and throwing paint at each other. Any help? Thanks
