They are correct that Zeus is not portrayed as evil—however, he's also not portrayed as good, and so would fall under Light Is Not Good. YHWH, on the other hand, is portrayed as good (regardless of outside audience reactions), and so does not fall under the trope.

Looking through their edit history, they're clearly very interested in classic mythology, so I think that this was a spite edit.

I thought Zeus being a asshole was kinda a cornerstone of Greek Mythology?

The entire ancient Greek pantheon is a bunch of Jerkass Gods. That's not necessarily "evil", however. In any case, Jerkass is enough to qualify for "not good", so it's more of a semantics issue, and beyond the scope of ATT.
