No, it seems pretty clear that she has to choose one, and the two guys are in "competition" for her affection. It's just that all the drama that would normally happen in this situation isn't happening, and it stands out enough that I wonder if there's a trope for it.
I'm mostly sure that particular example is not that clear, but it seems to be a cross between Love Triangle and I Want My Beloved to Be Happy.
I can't tell if there even is a trope for this. In Girl Genius, there is a Love Triangle. However, instead of a typical Love Triangle, which involves Hint Dropping and Cannot Spit It Out, the characters all know who is in love with who and... nobody cares. The main character is in love with two guys, they are each in love with her, they all know this, but no awkwardness ensues. The situation doesn't even get a lampshade, beyond minor characters betting on the outcome.
