The first is probably Jill Of The Jungle (http://members.tripod.com/classic_roach/id14.html)
I think the 2nd one is Castle Of Illusion or Mickey Mania on the Sega Genesis. There may also be SNES versions of those games, like there are both SNES and Genesis versions of Zombies Ate My Neighbors and Earthworm Jim.
Edited by CanzetTheCoyoteThe Disney game definitely sounds like Great Circus Mystery because of the circus and haunted house stages, plus the vacuum weapon. A sequel that was only on the Super Famicom in Japan (until it was re-released on the Game Boy Advance) is Magical Quest 3, which has Donald as a playable character but not Goofy.
Wikipedia does have a list of games where Goofy shows up
, if you want to check those out.

Two actually. One is a really old PC game, like 8bit on Windows 98. It involved an "amazon-ish" woman, blonde with green clothes, picking up I think crystals and going through one castle.
The other one is a Disney game on the consoles (Around SNES or N64) where Mickey and other characters go through an amusement park for the first stage beating up some enemies. It then transitions to a haunted house with vacuums then an iceland. I've been searching for this, but I'm not even sure the game uses the Disney or Mickey name.
