I think the 2nd one is Castle Of Illusion or Mickey Mania on the Sega Genesis. There may also be SNES versions of those games, like there are both SNES and Genesis versions of Zombies Ate My Neighbors and Earthworm Jim.

Jill of the Jungle! That's it.

For the second one, I don't think it'd be either of those. I think it's the Great Circus Mystery, but it looked more cleaned up, plus there were Donald Duck and Goofy as playable characters.

The Disney game definitely sounds like Great Circus Mystery because of the circus and haunted house stages, plus the vacuum weapon. A sequel that was only on the Super Famicom in Japan (until it was re-released on the Game Boy Advance) is Magical Quest 3, which has Donald as a playable character but not Goofy.

Wikipedia does have a list of games where Goofy shows up, if you want to check those out.

I did have a feeling that there could be a compilation game that had this game as part of it, but that was a long time ago and I didn't have a GBA by the time. But thanks for the answers guys.
