It's not vandalism (tropette has a lot of legit edits), but such a change definitively needs some consensus, or at least an edit reason.

The page was changed to be about someone completely different, who doesn't even go by the name in question... There is simply no way that was a legitimate change.
Looks like an honest mistake to me; checking the editor's history shows he/she was trying to edit the Rick Ross page (which is where the "vandal" info was from) at the same time. I've reverted the changes and sent the user a PM to be more careful next time.
