I brought this up in that article's discussion, and I looked over the sentences after I changed them to make sure they were fine. It's not needed to mention the Nerd/Critic in the description, Caustic Critic and This Is Gonna Suck, because it just makes it look like this guy can't stand on his own and needs to be compared to his "more popular" counterparts to get people to watch. And yes, I take Critic references out of work pages (like, I dunno, Patch Adams) because it's usually just spouting one of his memes, something we don't allow.

I admit one of my faults is never checking the discussion pages - mostly because I've never have quite gotten the hang of how such pages work. Thing is, can't we at least allow the page in the introductory paragraph? Because while memes are a disgrace to mankind on this site, I was simply referencing a famous work within its own medium. Think about it - how many MSTing works do have a reference to Mystery Science Theater 3000 as their introduction? Heck, the very MSTing trope is named after that show, and as such comparisons to it are drawn in the introductions to articles such as, say, Retsupurae or Un Skippable.

Also, as I said, if you want to cut something is fine. Just make sure the article still makes sense after you've done it, at least. Please.

I thought it did, but I must have missed a few things. My apologies, sometimes I'm terrible at my own language. >.< And description should be fine, I just think the "this person does a similar thing to this person" tone of the examples might be a bit of a disservice.

Well, no problem then. I'll deal with the deletion among the examples myself, although the opening's comparison to NC and AVGN will be kept as reference.

Bear in mind, though, that I'm a fan of both Yotobi and NC (which is sadly a rarity here in Italy), and therefore the comparison was never meant as disservice in the first place.

Also, I have to apologize as well for the whole, you know, "Wiki Vandal" thing. I didn't know about the discussion page (because I could never suspect there would already be one for that article in the first place), so the deletion just kind of caught me off guard.

It got sorted before anything bad happened, it's fine, don't worry. :)

Okay, I changed the examples, added more details to the comparison within the opening paragraph and added a disclaimer at the end of it, hidden within two "%%s". I hope it helps.
