Worf Barrage is related, but aside from scale, the key difference is that here Worf only fired because the target asked him to, and may even be his own target.
There are already a couple examples on Self-Mutilation Demonstration, so if there's no trope to be found, maybe it should simply be added to the description of that one.

A character asks another character to strike them with what should be a wounding or lethal attack, in order to demonstrate a superpower that renders them immune to it. Similar to Self-Mutilation Demonstration, except that instead of healing the injury, they just don't suffer it in the first place.
- In A Practical Guide to Evil, when planning an invasion of Praes, someone asks why veterans of the Dead King war would have anything to worry about from Praesi. Catherine responds by asking Aisha, a Praesi highborn, to stick her hand in a candle to show that she happens to be fireproof, then tells the room that Praes is full of people like that.
- In Draka: Greed and Friendship, Draka (a dragon) has stomped into the capitol demanding the release of her human minions, and is put under guard while the council deliberates on their response. The guards are smart enough to be afraid of her already, but Draka decides to underscore their helplessness by demanding that one of the guards level their spear at her, then smilingly walking forward into the spearpoint and crushing the spear between her unmarked hide and the wall.
