The movie is a spinoff of Miraculous Ladybug, and the character's name is spelled with an accent in the series. Also, it's a French show and consistently spells names in the French way. Against that, I really don't see "her name appeared on a flyer once without the accent" as being conclusive evidence.

Why would the filmmakers have spelled it that way on the flyer, other than because that's how the character's name is spelled? Also, Netflix's subtitles spell it Emilie.

Would this count as Adaptation Name Change if her name really is spelled differently in the movie compared to the show?
