Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.

I don't frequent whatever wiki that comment is referring to and since there's no way I'm not the only one I vote to delete the comment
Buffalo Chicken pizzas and Cheez-It pizzas are the GOAT; Aromantic cynic all the wayRemove that note. If a specific work has too many examples, it could be split to a separate subpage, but "don't add more examples because we have too many examples" have never been a thing on this wiki.
Also, I just saw that the page is split between "General examples" and "Specific Examples". Since Examples Are Not General, the former section is not allowed.
Edited by AdeptOkay, the note has been removed.
As for the "General examples", I guess the Undertale examples can be removed since they seem to be more Fan Verse and Alternate Universe Fic rather than actual Alternate Universe set in the same continuity as Undertale. I think the point about Intercontinuity Crossover fics' tendency to use this trope is noteworthy though; can it be moved to the description or somewhere?
"Your father was an average fighter, Kal-El, but he was a brilliant scientist!"The note was added in this edit
, together with removing a bunch of entries that the troper deemed didn't fit their new rule. Restore these? Should a notifier be sent?
^^ If that's not already on the Alternate Universe main description, it could be noted there.
^ I've notified the troper. If the deleted entries are valid examples of the trope (and not Alternate Universe Fic misuse), they can be restored.
Edited by AdeptOkay, I've cleaned up the "General examples" and restored the deleted examples that are actually Alternate Universe Fic rather than Fan Verse.
"Your father was an average fighter, Kal-El, but he was a brilliant scientist!"

While cleaning up AlternateUniverse.Fan Works, I noticed that the Undertale section of AlternateUniverseFic.Video Games has this comment:
Per There Is No Such Thing as Notability ("If it fits the trope description, then it can be put in", "Removing tropes, examples... anything... because of "notability" stifles the wiki") and since what another wiki is doing isn't relevant to us, this comment can be removed, right?
