I'm sorry, but that looks nothing like whatever this was. The animals had simple designs and no clothes. And were probably chibi style. The backgrounds were mostly solid white to the best of my memory.
The answers are 1123, Michael Jackson, that creepy dog downstairs, infinity, Axl Rose, keeps your pants up, and Nethaniel and Superfly.I'm thinking Charlie and Lola? https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Literature/CharlieAndLola?from=WesternAnimation.CharlieAndLola
White background, animals and big black eyes sound like Pocoyo, but that's a CGI show. Mentioning it just in case
Shanna's Show also matches parts of the description but probably isn’t it
Edited by mlaI think I found it in another thread that was posted a while back - https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/query.php?parent_id=114416&type=ykts

Around 2003, possibly 2002 on Playhouse Disney, the then name of the morning preschool block on Disney Channel, they were doing this thing that I assume involved an online contest to pick their next show. After the last show, Roly Poly Oly, they would are one of about half a dozen sneak peak, mini episodes for one of the two possible shows. And while Roly Poly Oly was still playing a character from one of the two shows would appear at the bottom of the screen, so you would know which show they would show a sneak peak of. One of the shows, which happened to be the one that won, was Higglytown Heros. The other show was either hand drawn or flash animated, and had cutesy, colorful cartoon animals. I remember the backgrounds were mostly white, and the characters had big black eyes. It might have possibly been anime. Does anyone know what it was called? Thanks.
