The TVTropes Trope Finder is where you can come to ask questions like "Do we have this one?" and "What's the trope about...?" Since we're talking about Goosebumps, my answer is in the context of the Horror genre.
If it's a Body Horror transformation (normal person has their body changed), any realism goes out the window because pretty much all the Body Horror tropes are inherently unrealistic or speculative. Especially if we're talking about supernatural body horror where magic is involved.
The state of having no eyes, no mouth, and no nose would be The Blank (inherently unrealistic, so it's highly redundant to add Artistic License – Anatomy).
Likely Facial Horror if it's unnatural or distressing (as opposed to a being who is just like that naturally).
The Noseless seems to be more about having no nose drawn due to art style (Lazy Artist rather than Body Horror) or due to having a nose and then forcibly losing it (Body Horror again).

In one of the Give yourself Goosebumps's book endings of Welcome to the Wicked Wax Museum there is one where you get turn into a faceless boy without any features. You are still somehow alive (at least for a while) then. However, the strangest thing is that even though you can't see or talk due to lacks of eyes and mouths, you seem to be breathe just fine without any problem even if you have no nose. No suffocation problems are mentioned as far as I remembered. Is this a case of Acceptable Break From Reality, or are there other trope for this?
If a character has no nose/nostrils (maybe the Noseless) but have no suffocation problem, what is it called?
