Two Lines, No Waiting if the work cuts back and forth between the two plots, otherwise Simultaneous Arcs.

A name connection would be Meaningful Name, although may I say that's rather blunt on their part that Dr. Glassman's defining attribute is dealing with a case involving glass.

The episode runs 2 parallel plots.
Plot A: a kid is showered with broken glass; Dr. Murphy saves the kid's life.
Plot B: Dr. Glassman tries to convince the board of directors that hiring Dr. Murphy was the right choice.
