It would only be acceptable if the actor has played a lot of them, not just one. If it's just one example, it goes on the work page for that work. See Creator Page Guidelines.
However, if the actor has been portrayed as such in numerous works, it may be more appropriate to put the trope as Typecasting.

Creator page question (or rather verification of my suspicion):
Jerkass is okay if used to refer to a character an actor has played, if the work in question doesn't have a works page, but it's not okay to use it to refer to the actor themself, correct?
