Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
Previous query on this troper
, for the record.
Given how they were pinged in that query and responded, I'd give them a little bit to see if they explain themselves here.
Wuewuewuewuewueing my way to the bank.To respond here they need to be invited first.
I assume this
edit, but what else?
The most recent ones are headscratcher pages on Meet the Robinsons and Princess Mononoke, but I wanna give those a pass as headscratchers in general are mainly questions from different tropers from what I recall.
Their edits outside MOAS include an entry for Snow Angel
, Dear Esther (which notably has them use y'all)
. I also noticed their contribution to the Character page for Elf
uses "bio-dad" rather than biological dad, but this is relatively minor compared to their other uses of slang.
^^ Also considering they missed the point of what I was calling them out for in that query, I'm not sure if they'll get it this time around either.
Edited by RedBerryBlueCherryAmoridere, one of the most basic rules of editing on this site is that everything on main pages should read as if it were written by the same person. You're instead (seemingly) transcribing entries as you'd say them in real life, which is inadvertently violating that rule. That's the issue OP is addressing, not anything deeper.

From what I've seen with at least their contribution to Memoir of a Snail, Amoridere is having a particular problem with proper grammar and word cruft, primarily always having their g's in verbs be replaced with apostrophes. They also seem to have general formatting issues.
I sent them a notifier a while back, but they didn't respond to that and they're still at it with their recent edits.
