The entry seemed to be focusing on the The Veilguard, which is speculative, but there is information on the Executors in both Inquisition and Tevinter Nights, both of which confirm they are a real organisation. You can trope the group based on those two works if there is enough information.

Actually, I just remembered the war table missions in Inquisition where the Executors are mentioned/introduced. A part of the operation text reads: "Do you know this sign? A triangle, point down, two wavy lines through it? A lookout spotted it in chalk, on a ruined wall close to one of our outposts."

This same symbol appears in Veilguards secret ending: https://imgur.com/a/OZrftUn

I feel like this is pretty definitive proof that they're the same group and the entry can be restored.
