Plot-Based Voice Cancellation (Silent Whisper for whispering examples), leading to Once More, with Clarity.

For example, Alice says something to Bob (could be talking, whispering, or yelling at him), but the dialogue is muted. Eventually, in a later scene or episode, the dialogue is finally revealed to the audience. Usually something important like a Wham Line.
I often see this a lot in several anime, but I couldn't figure out what trope it falls under.
BTW it's not Moment of Silence which is when a character dies and everything is muted (except for maybe some music).
