Bump.
Double checking, but Alternate Continuity has to be intentional such if officially stated as the same continuity, AC does not apply regardless of continuity errors or fan disagreement, correct?

Under Franchise. My Little Pony Generation 5, IRONFIRE deleted Happy Ending Override and other tropes replacing them with Alternate Continuity arguing the sheer inconsistencies between it and the prior series meant they had to be separate. I reverted per G5 forum
agreeing such, Series Continuity Error at worst, isn't enough to override official statements they're the same continuity (this is just Fanon Discontinuity which is already listed). IRONFIRE re-deleted Happy Ending Override and added back Alternate Continuity, albeit leaving the other tropes this time, without edit reason.
I was discussing with IRONFIRE over PM their reason for the edits (what exactly was so inconsistent as to be irreconcilable continuity-wise?) when I noticed their edit warning. Anything that should be done in this case?
