I mean. As far as I know it isn't a punishable offense to respond to an edit reason with your own. It just isn't sufficient as a form of discussion to prevent you from being in an Edit War. If you added the entry yourself or had uncommented it out previously, then it would be a problem because you're relying on edit reasons instead of reaching out to the user directly. But explaining why you're undoing someone else's edit kind of necessitates you respond to them to an extent.
Technically speaking your edit reason was incorrect (the "rumors" refer to rumors of him losing his part in the show, not to the abuse allegations) but as you say that isn't the point of this ATT.

I would like to report myself for discussion in the edit reasons on
Trivia.Wednesday I honestly didn't realize what I was doing until I had clicked save. I thought I was simply putting an edit reason, but then I remembered that you aren't supposed to respond to previous edit reasons. It only happened once before I realized and decided to report myself. I apologize and will except punishment if necessary.
As a side note I am not even sure if the entry should be there but that is for another thread.
