To my knowledge, green links indicate pages that should not be linked or potholed to. I myself tend to remove ILP potholes whenever I see them, on the basis that they are (and have always been, honestly) Sinkholes.

That would seem to make sense. But check what it says here and under the ILP entry on Locked Pages.

I admit I don't agree entirely with Septimus Heap here, but I guess it's Word of Mod against my word. I'm just saying what I myself do during my regular edits (and like I said, leaving green links in main pages is generally not encouraged; at the very least, they aren't in the case of disambiguation pages and articles with updated namespaces. Which case would ILP fall under beats me, however).

Since ILP redirects to Pun, there's no real reason to change the link. However, personally speaking, I dislike redirects and prefer to use the actual wick. I'd say if you run into ILP on a page, changing it to Pun isn't a big deal, but making it a dedicated effort isn't a campaign worth getting into.

Still, most redirects aren’t green links. As said above, aren’t green links supposed to be changed or removed?

The link is blue again per what was previously said on the Locked Pages page and the responses to some requests in the Locked Pages requests.
