If one were generous, it seems like a Shout-Out. If one were not generous, maybe some variant on The Mockbuster. Chuck E. Cheese's isn't a film, but they're blatantly doing a kind of copy.
If this ends up becoming a new trope, Dauntless did the same thing when they released their Giant Gorilla That Is Definitely Not King Kong Perish The Thought.

Cheese’s is doing a “Five Nights of Fun” campaign with an ad designed to resemble the poster for the Five Nights at Freddy's (2023) movie poster and a leaked document telling employees not to acknowledge the chain is just taking advantage of the new movie. I know there’s a trivia trope for this, but I don’t know what it is…
