The TVTropes Trope Finder is where you can come to ask questions like "Do we have this one?" and "What's the trope about...?" Trying to rediscover a long lost show or other medium but need a little help? Head to Media Finder and try your luck there. Want to propose a new trope? You should be over at the Trope Launch Pad.
Currently this fully fits under Gender Bender, although the phenonemon with trans characters specifically really probably should be an independent subtrope.

It could be split from Gender Bender if there's enough examples, though.
TV Tropes's No. 1 bread themed lesbian. she/her, fae/faer

A trans character is physically transformed into their identified gender by some benevolent mystical force so that they can live as their true self.
E.G.'s: In The Hearts We Sold, the wish for which Riley sells her heart is to transform her male body to female. In Her Majesty's Royal Coven Niamh uses her Healing Hands magic to turn Theo into a physical female before the final confrontation against Helen.
