Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread

bumping this up a little because it's been a few days and I really don't know if this example still fits the trope or not.
Is it ok to remove an example if it's discovered to not entirely fit it after launch? I'll most likely keep the example and call it an overlap but it feels like a shot in the dark given how much I don't know the series.
I could be remembering wrong, but I don't think you are required to mention what chapter a trope has appeared in a work in the example? It's convenient for finding said trope in the work to verify that it's there, sure, but I don't think it's mandatory unless the work has recap pages dedicated to specific episodes IIRC (might be remembering that one wrong too).
[down] NP!
Edited by Cutegirl920fire CG for shortYeah, after a re-read it seems like I can add it fine without spoilering it in any capacity and it's just referencing both Red String of Fate and Threads of Fate separately. Guess I'm tired and working too fast. thanks!

I'm crosswicking Threads of Fate since it launched today and I already ran into two issues while crosswicking.
The entry being added to Black Clover:
The two issues:
Red String of Fate also lists Black Clover as its own example and there's a lot more influence from that myth rather than the Greek one.
From Red String of Fate:
One mention of Vanessa's powers from Black Clover:
I'm just not sure if I should describe it as an overlap or not.
I didn't think too hard about it until now. Maybe it's the coffee because I checked stuff at least twice before launching at different hours.
Also sorry for the "Anime" listing, there's no manga medium category to click on.
