Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
The listed "dere" types in UsefulNotes.Anime Fanspeak are just the four most common dere types, with any other dere type not listed in it being uncommon in comparison to those four.
I tried searching the term itself and it brought into a non-existent page (and also appears as red link), so I assume it doesn't have a trope that it redirects to, but if you're looking for what would be the closes tropes that can cover himedere, it could be asked at Trope Finder
.
Number 1 reason why the wiki doesn't have something is because it's simply yet to be added.
Edited by Amonimus TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupIf you really feel you have a workable trope, there's also the Trope Idea Sounding Board
to gauge opinions.
It's also the case that even if we don't have a page dedicated to the term, we may have a trope that covers the concept, as the term simply hasn't been popularized outside of Japan like the other 4 have been. If this site's
definition is valid, I feel like the general idea is covered by Ojou and its related tropes as well as Sugar-and-Ice Personality.
I think you could try to launch it as Fan Speak in TLP, but the tropeworthy usage is probably covered

I notice that there are pages for Tsundere, Yandere, Dandere and Kuudere — all of which are listed in UsefulNotes.Anime Fanspeak and are real terms. But "himedere" is also a real term, so why is it not mentioned? Why isn't there a page for it? Is it because there's one or more trope pages discussing "himedere", since it fits these tropes?
