, you can recreate the pages, just not exactly to what the ban evader had.
Ban evader edits get reverted by default, but there's nothing stopping anyone else from making them again legitimately.

So long as they meet the requirements for a page and don't use the ban evader's material, it should be fine.
I mean, while they were created by a ban evader, they’re still conspicuous by their non-existence.
