In the older days, movie theatres also ran cartoons, along with short films and newsreels, before or between the main feature films.
This collection might have been a sampling of vintage movie theatre cartoons. Looks like they're from the Thirties to the Forties. (I'm guessing "Fifth Column Mouse" is a WWII era cartoon?)
Maybe search for "vintage cartoons" and see if you find a title of a video or DVD. The Looney Toons put out a series of DV Ds of "golden years" treasury collections, if you're looking for the Bugs Bunny one. The library I worked at had these, and they were lots of fun.

It’s got everything on the list, including a Bugs short called Fresh Hare. They’re Australian, from 2003, came in DV Ds, and it’s literally the only one of these I found with the exact lineup listed.
Unfortunately, absolutely no footage I can find exists of it, all I could find was the lineup and boxart, but here is an eBay listing with an image of the box. Jog any memories?

I distinctly remember watching old cartoons on a DVD player when I was a kid. It could've been a VHS tape instead, or hell, it could've been pirated, but I swear I remember it having a DVD menu.
I found some of the old cartoons, but the wiki pages don't say anything about being released in a cartoon collection. Again, this could be pirated, I don't know.
Here's what I remember:
I remember there also being a Bugs Bunny cartoon, but I can't really remember what happened in it. While I've found most of these myself, I'd like to find the actual DVD/VHS itself.
