Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
First off, let's remove any sentences that say "can be found here
" that don't in fact lead somewhere it can be found.
I don't think we have to cut the page or move it to Unpublished Works because the work has become lost media; it was publicly available for some four years and could well be recovered in the future. Not sure exactly what the protocol is, though.
Suddenly I'm... still rotating Fallen London in my mind even though I've stopped actively playing it.It depends on the state of the article page. If the examples are written well to offer proper trope context and not require readers to access links to get the full trope context, the page should be keepable even if the media is lost and cannot be accessed anymore.
If the examples are not well written and force readers to visit links to get context for tropes, then they need to be removed or commented out as per Zero-Context Example and Weblinks Are Not Examples. If there are not enough proper tropes left from removing and commenting out items, then the page may be liable to be cut.

So the HvH MUGEN series has been on this site for years. Unfortunately, the years have not been kind to the series, and the account responsible for creating and maintaining the series was banned on Youtube in 2014 for the usual DMCA-related reasons (a common hazard that fanvid and anime music video makers have to deal with, unfortunately), which means that the series in question has been gone for nine years. As far as I know, there is no other place where the vids can be accessed, there's no way to use Wayback Machine to recover the vids, and the series is pretty much dead.
So what is the protocol here? Do we cutlist it, or does something else need to be done?
