Square Race, Round Class? It's not as specific as what you mentioned, but the name used to be Rogue Elephant, which is about someone huge (an elephant) being sneaky (a rogue).

Is there a trope concerning a rather big and muscular person that is actually quite sneaky and stealth-like? Steal Hi Bye is almost it, but that can apply to anybody that's sneaky.
Thoughts?
