There is no minimum time. If you think a work should have its own page and it currently doesn't, you can make it youself. This Is a Wiki.

You can even create a page before it's released - although there are some extra rules for that, as covered on Creating a Work Page for an Upcoming Work.

(There are some tropes we can't list pre-release, and pre-release troping can't be based on interviews)

That still doesn’t mean anything. There are things that get pages before their release date and things that never got pages that have been out for years. It’s all relative.

There is no "expectation" required for a page. Either you create it yourself, or you wait for someone else to do it on their own choice. However, you can't ask for others to do things for you.
