See How to Make a Custom Title — i.e. create the page without the apostrophe and use the custom titling system after to add it in.
You have to add it after you've launched the page without an apostrophe as a custom title.

When creating the page, you remove the apostrophe as it would mess up the URL generated. However after the page is made, you can add a custom title that includes the apostrophe. See How to Make a Custom Title

The title of my Western that I want to add to TV Tropes includes an apostrophe. Is there any way to keep that apostrophe as the article's title, or do I have to remove it completely?
