See the Sugar Wiki, which is where Heartwarming Moments has a "Create New" button. These should not go on a work's main page, according to the notice.

Thank you so much for this! It is admittedly a long way of doing things imo, but hey, it works!

You can just type the adress manually. Change the namespace to "Heartwarming" or "Funny" or whatever you want, then start editing the page it takes you to.

For example, https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Webcomic/BloodIsMine doesn't have a "Heartwarming" page

If I wanted to make one, I would replace the namespace ("Webcomic") with "Heartwarming" and get this address: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Heartwarming/BloodIsMine

Then I'll just go to that page and start editing, like I would any other page

I'm a little confused as the answer was accepted even though it didn't seem to be applicable to the question.

Indeed, they don't go on the work's main page. They can go on the work's YMMV page. If there are so many that it starts crowding out the YMMV page, then it can be moved to the appropriate subpage.

The subpages may not appear on the Create New button, but you can go to it manually. E.g. the Heartwarming page for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is at Heartwarming. The Legend Of Zelda Ocarina Of Time and you can use that format as a guide for the work you had in mind.

E.g. Heartwarming. The Name Of The Work You Had In Mind
