The original entry
included trophies in the comparison, and this has never been removed in subsequent edits.
Given that the consensus seems to be that the game as a whole is easier than its predecessor, it seems fine to include discussion of trophies as part of that.
Suddenly I'm... still rotating Fallen London in my mind even though I've stopped actively playing it.

A minor difference of opinion on the Octopath Traveler 2 YMMV page, a troper keeps adding onto Sequel Difficulty Drop saying that the trophies are easier to get.
While they're not wrong about that, I feel achievements and trophies are mostly meaningless and most don't consider them part of "beating the game" beyond 100% completionists. So this just feels like natter, inflating the trope entry just because. I don't think Rock Band 2 should be considered "hard" because one achievement involves 6 hours of continuous play with no breaks, to give an extreme example.
But I wanted a second opinion before pruning.
One thing of note: the trophies aren't even in all versions, absent from the Switch port entirely.
