I was playing the Resident Evil 2 Remake recently and got to the "No Way Out" scenario, where the sheriff that dies at the very start of the game manages to survive because Leon doesn't distract him by arriving a tiny bit later.
So I was wondering, is this is an example of For Want of a Nail? Leon being a tiny bit late saves this man's life, but since it's just a short extra game mode we don't get to see what happens afterwards. The trope synopsis says it's about "massive changes", which this isn't, so would this be a heavily downplayed example or no example at all?
