Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread

Good, thanks for reply.
I also got some more questions:
1)How do I, generally, uploaded image?
2)I recently finished working on russian translation of Batman Gambit page. And I sent a request to change title from "Batman Gambit-Ru" to "Гамбит Бэтмена". Who can approve it? Also, is there any way to connect that translated article to Batman Gambit, so it shows in the "More" index?
3)Is it possible, theoretically, to create subpages with examples and make links to them in actual article appear in Russian (namely subpages, not folders)?
Edited by DopamineMess-14-qq1. There's "Upload Button" visible when you edit pages. Submitting a file will give you a media link, copypate it to the article.
2. A moderator goes through the title requests queue in their spare time. You're not notified when it's changed unless the suggestion is invalid.
2.2. The [[source: tag in code was supposed to do that, but it's not functional. You can either put a link to Batman Gambit right on page, or make a En.BatmanGambit-Ru page and save it with [[Redirect:BatmanGambit]], while making Ru.Batman Gambit redirect to BatmanGambit-Ru. It wouldn't have buttons to show all pages because they don't share names, but at least it would give an interactable back-and-forth.
3. Ru.BatmanGambitComicBooks-Ru?

Hello, dear tropers. Currently, I'm working on a russian translation of TV Tropes and I have question about pictures taken from comics(either web or paper, doesn't matter). The thing is that since they content writings in english and they are also illustrations of certain tropes, it's needed that they have to be translated in russian to make viewer understand. Yeah, i can translate 'em in description below the picture, but I thought that it would be better if image itself contains translated text. So i need to erase text in it and then write text in russian. On TV Tropes, is this legal and acceptable?
