It has occurred to me that Quotes.Wicked Weasel is just Wicked Weasel's pagequote copypasted without formatting, so it should go too.

I just launched Outcast Refuge today and I noticed that a brand new user (no edits prior to today) "Mustelon" is going through and creating sub-pages (Analysis, Haiku, Image Links, Playing With) while just leaving "placeholder" there.

I know blank things and placeholders (like empty folders for example) is generally frowned upon. Is this allowed? Feels cluttering.
