I googled the work and it appears to be a podcast so I'd create the page under the Podcast/ namespace.

Got it.

What of the characters? Do they get a separate page, or the same as The Callisto Protocol?

Does their portrayal differ significantly from the video games? Is the spinoff not canon?

The spinoff should be considered canon as there's nothing to indicate otherwise, and with two characters from the game,Ferris and Nakemura, appearing and being mentioned respectively.

^^^^I suggest not making a character page since 1. the characters are already on The Callisto Protocol and 2. a character sheet is an extension of the work page, and the work page is very short.

also only 2 out of 13 characters appear in the callisto protocol; one has only a very brief cameo and the other is only mentioned once
