Your description sounds like the Soviet PPSh-41 https://the-wolfenstein-fanon.fandom.com/wiki/PPSh-41. I've only played the original Wolfenstein so can't be sure of which game it's in. Someone has posted a walkthrough of Return to Castle Wolfenstein on YouTube using the weapon, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SDGYEFPlzO8, but this may be a user developed mod.

No, it definitely wasn't the Soviet Shpagin and also not any user-developed mod.

Going by the wiki, there's fourteen different guns that can be dual-wielded in the series. I'm not sure which one fits this description though.
