Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread

They also removed some links to other tropes because they showed up on the index. I'm wondering if this is allowed, since other recap pages like SpongeBob SquarePants do have links (such as SpongeBob SquarePants S 1 E 6 "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy" / "Pickles", Heroic BSoD, then SpongeBob SquarePants S1 E7 "Hall Monitor" / "Jellyfish Jam") and the trope doesn't appear in the index. I kind of remember this being a problem at one point, so I'm wondering why this happens.
Fortune favors bravery, and a fortune's what I've got!Regarding the question which started this discussion:
If we put the red links into list of recap pages, we have to do null edit to make the new pages indexed once we create them. If we don't put them, we still have to edit the index to add new links.
With that in mind, it's easier to add the red links to the episodes in advance, as this way, at least it would be easier to quickly create them.
P.S. IMHO, all-white entry looks even uglier than red links.
Those recap pages should be red linked — see Administrivia.Red Link
Only the first link on a bullet point gets indexed. If the first link is a red link and there's a blue link after it, the blue link will not be indexed.

Is the latest redlink removal on Arthur valid? It's my interesting that we should link episodes to encourage page creation; the Arthur recap is still under development, and I've made a few pages for it myself. It wouldn't make sense to only cover certain episodes in a season.
