Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
Can't be, it was around since 2012 according to the uncut Playing With page.
Working on: Author Appeal | Sandbox | Troper WallPossibly a troll? Like that time yesteryear when a vandal tried to Delete Groin Attack...
To process the Cut List a mod would have had to push the button. Wondering if someone tried to fix the capitalization at some point and the matrix glitched up.
It would have had to have been very recently, as I know we cleaned up
some of the RL examples back on the 11th.
It was indeed. The "capitalisation" is "cut requested: 9th Novcut date: 16th Nov", and the "restored" was requested and cut on the 16th. Must be someone irrationally opposed to the page like this Groin Attack guy.
Edited by igordebragaI'm not exactly certain what happened between the 14th and the 16th, but there was a problem with the page restore tool. However, I was able to get the most recently edited version of the page that wasn't random buttons being pressed.
Link to TRS threads in project mode here.I was using the page restore tool with other pages (since someone wanted some cut subpages sandboxed for archival purposes) and made some misclicks along the way by hitting the "restore" button for the wrong pages, and cutlisting the pages I restored by mistake. That's why the cutlist reasons are wonky. However, in this case, it looks like I cut the wrong page by mistake as well, so thanks for pointing out this mistake.
Edited by GastonRabbit I got a rock for Halloween.

No Waterproofing in the Future is a red link now, with 217 inbounds. The only reasoning in the cut list is "capitalisation" and later "Restored by mistake", searched the TRS to see if there was a discussion to cut the trope, nothing. So why the deletion, and can it be brought back?
