Possibly Hypocritical Humor, Blatant Lies, or Implausible Deniability if it's blatantly obvious that he did the thing he just denied doing.
I didn't write any of that.
A character says something along the lines of "when have I ever hurt you / lied to you?" while or immediately after doing the thing in question.
