Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
If the cleanup has determined it a "bad faith" argument (which it definitely was ) then its removal was correct. It being added back was an also a EditWar
Edited by TuvokIt's not an edit war, they didn't add it the first time.
Working on: Author Appeal | Sandbox | Troper WallBad faith argument? I'm sorry but reading the original writing, it comes off as fairly neutral and a fair critique of the scene and Jen's character. Feels like a bias is coming in from the other direction.
Especially as the page for this show is locked when general audience response has been neutral to negative. MCU fans coping much?
It's locked because from what I understand (as someone who, let me clarify, doesn't watch or care about She Hulk), these arguments are misinterpreting or misrepresenting what actually happens in the scene. As in, she's explaining why she can control her Hulk side better, not "calling out Banner". But then again I'm not watching the show and my own take could be the one that's wrong.
And this should be locked too, yeah, before it spirals.
Edited by WarJay77 Working on: Author Appeal | Sandbox | Troper WallPerhaps a compromise would be to put in an Alternative Character Interpretation entry.
Trust me, I'm an engineer! The cleanup thread
is the proper place to discuss if the example should be put back, not necro'ing a resolved thread. Nor is just taking a rejected example and searching for another trope with which to shoehorn the same complaining that got the page locked.

So on YMMV.She Hulk Attorney At Law there was this entry
It was decided by the Unintentionally Unsympathetic cleanup
. That is was a bad faith argument that misinterpreted the scene as she wasn't actually comparing tramas with Bruce like it said and bias attempting to Jen as petty when she wasn't. So I removed
it. Well General Horseradish re-added
with this incredibly rude Edit Reason, "what the hell do you mean "bad faith argument", it's literally how the scene plays out lmao" I also feel that they might be bias. As they also removed
a Nightmare Fuel entry that mentions the speech in a positive light. However, I could be very wrong there.
Now I don't care one way or another about the entry, but would like some opinions.
