So I came across this cartoon and Did a Dumb and forgot the name. Note that it has no English name, so I'm specifically looking for its Chinese name (Chinese characters, additional pinyin is optional). It premiered in 2019 according to a Chinese IMDb-esque site I saw.
I found a short clip of it that seemed to be a screen cap, multiples scenes of the same episode played side-by-side. Sadly, it doesn't seem to be there anymore, but if it helps, it was recorded from CCTV (the Chinese station, not a camera system that was somehow showing the show). One of its characters I remember clearly; she's a human girl with deer antlers, red hair, wearing a yellow shirt and with war paint-like markings on her cheeks. In the clip I found, she gets angry at what looks like an actual deer girl and clobbers her in a Big Ball of Violence. In another clip from the same screencap, she comes across a humanoid duck character with white feathers and some kind of Chinese clothing, as they are traversing down a staircase somewhere on a mountain. It looked like it was based on Journey to the West.
Its title started with either "大" or "小" (which would mean "little"; I think its title translates to "Little" something in English) or some variation of the first one. Its title had five Chinese characters in it. Any help is appreciated.
UPDATE 6/12/2022: I found it pretty quickly. After some tedious searching through the archives of CCTV's donghua (Chinese cartoon) website, I found out that the show is named 笑林大霹雳 (Xiào lín dà pīlì, or "Xiaolin Big Thunderbolt" in English) and that that clip I found is still there
. Also, I misremembered the red-haired character; she actually has cat ears worked into her hair, not deer antlers. I must have been conflating her with the deer character I mentioned.
