Pretty sure that's rigt. You actually can see one's face briefly right before it throws a rock, and they look similar to the creature from the movie

I remember on another site there was this review of this really bad movie with a killer Sasquatch-type monster. At one point we see his face, and the review mentions some Star Trek episode (he doesn't say which series, but I assume he meant the original) where some of the crew crash and get attacked by these hairy humanoids that throw rocks at them. He says we never see their faces, because, while they did make faces for them, they decided the masks looked too crappy and didn't show them, but there are some pictures still in guidebooks (and likely, online somewhere by this point), and then goes on the say that the Sasquatch mask looks even worse. Anyway, can someone tell me what episode this is?
