The TVTropes Trope Finder is where you can come to ask questions like "Do we have this one?" and "What's the trope about...?" Trying to rediscover a long lost show or other medium but need a little help? Head to Media Finder and try your luck there. Want to propose a new trope? You should be over at You Know, That Thing Where.
I'm not sure that I see the distinction here: whether it's about a playthrough of a game or a discussion of weighty matters, the video itself is the creation of the You Tuber. Thus any measures applied to the video by them (or their editor(s))—like a fast-forward of the footage—is their work, and thus no more "user-created" than is the game being played in the case of a Let's Play.
My Games & WritingAre you talking about them fast forwarding through another youtube video they're reviewing or something?
If so, [Trope Name] and Blah, Blah, Blah for two ways of lampshading "and then some other stuff happens" while fast-forwarding through stuff.
Time-Compression Montage would cover things like a minecraft let's play editing 40 minutes of building the new wing of the factory down to a 10 second montage of the important and/or funny parts.
Just skipping over non-relevant parts of something, though, would be the usual aversion of Real Time; a concept so omnipresent as to be meaningless.

Does Anti-Frustration Features apply for user created content? Like if You Tuber fast forwards a really long part of a video for their audience is that an example of this? If not, what does this sort of convenience qualify as?
